Ramadhan Al-Mubarak

To all my muslims friends and bloggers, Ramadhan Al-Mubarak. I am pretty sure everyone is very busy in making preparation for the Eid (about two weeks from today). This year will be a merrier Eid for me than last year as Nabilah is also busy to help me in the kitchen and the studio ~sigh~. Thus I need to drag my sewing time a bit longer than before. I will wrap up my collection soon ;). Inshaallah

This is my first trial using the embroidery setup on my machine. It was an exciting moment to see the outcome. I am impressed with the yellow sakura ;))))

Here, I want to post my activities in my studio for the last two months. I managed to sew a reversible hat for Hadif. I made two hats last time here for Hadif's brother and sister. It becomes a perfect collection of the family ~happy~.

p/s: the big orange really helps ;)). I kept the orange since I was 5 years old. It was a gift from my sister's friend during the chinese new year celebration.

Here comes Hadif, He is soooo cute. I adore his smiley face very much.

Hadif's mother requested a wristlet for her i-phone. So here it is.

Last but not least, I did sew a bag as present from this cozy japanese print. I loved the length of the bag's sling. A bit longer that tote's bag length.

Langkawi Island, Malaysia.... Beautiful and peaceful

I am on vacation after a very long and tough working life. So many things happened and occupied my time very much. I need my own sweet time with my love ones.

Sunset in Langkawi is one of the best view to be portrayed. The beaches are so beautiful. Many activities can be carried out here. So many... I will try to upload special slot for Langkawi later on. Inshaallah.... Happy mothers day, happy teachers day and happy Wesak day!!! Do visit Malaysia especially Langkawi Island ;)

X=Xciting Xtivities a.k.a Sewing

I joined JOM JAHIT by tini hani from last December and I decided to compile my collections here. The latest jom jahit is to sew a tea cozy. This tea cozy fits for all of my tea pots. Those teapots are my wedding collections. I made some changes on making of this tea cozy.

My hubby and I are japanese tea lovers. We also drink BOH tea without sugar. Give a try! you will taste the real tea!! However tea is NOT GOOD for me because I am an anemic person (anemia=less red blood cells). Then I should drink more blood just like a vampire. hihi

These sunhats were made as presents for two adorable kids, Wafiq (boy) and Afrin (girl). I love blue colours. So, I matched the in and out of the hats with blue too. Mushi (in japanese) means beetles. The famous pet for japanese kids during summer.
